1. When you first enter the Voiding Order Reasons option a Select An Option window will appear; scroll to the voiding order reason that needs to be deleted.
2. Command options will appear; select Delete. The voiding order reason is now deleted.
Note: You cannot delete a voiding order reason if records of the voiding order reason are found in the history.
